That's why we strive to provide you with the highest level of customer service we can. We're not a big game company (yet), but if something's not right with your order, or if you just need an extra component, then we'll do our best to serve you with free replacement parts*.

*Note: For our international gamers (i.e. those outside the USA), additional customs fees may be required for delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.
